1. Website Operator

The Green Henry Lodge website is operated by Owlegal GmbH („we“), Heuelstrasse 10, 8800 Thalwil, Switzerland (Swiss company ID: CHE-466.646.614).

2. Consent

By using our website you declare that you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to such processing, you must not use our website.

3. What Personal Data do we collect?

When you visit our website, we do not collect or process any of your Personal Data.

The only events in which we become aware of any of your Personal Data is when you either contact us by e-mail, e.g. through a link provided on our website, or when you make a booking via our only booking channel Airbnb. In these events, the Personal Data that we become aware of (and may subsequently process) include

· personal identification information (name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.); as well as

· any other Personal Data that you may decide to provide us with.

Moreover, we cannot entirely exclude that our hosting provider – Hostinger, - may collect and/or process certain data when you visit our website, such as the IP address of your device. To the extent that this is the case, we refer to the data protection policy of Hostinger.

4. How do we collect your Personal Data?

We collect your Personal Data only if you contact us via e-mail or make a booking through Airbnb. In the latter case, Airbnb will share with us certain Personal Data that you have provided to Airbnb.

5. How and on what legal basis do we use your Personal Data?

We use your Personal Data to process your booking and/or to respond to your e-mails (if any). We may also use your Personal Data to contact you with offers to make future bookings at The Green Henry Lodge. We process your Personal Data on the basis of the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act as well as article 6 (1) (a)-(c) GDPR.

We will not ever sell your Personal Data to any third party.

6. How do we store your Personal Data?

We store your Personal Data exclusively at our office at Heuelstrasse 10 in 8800 Thalwil, Switzerland.

We will keep your Personal Data for a maximum term of ten years. When this term has expired (or earlier, if we no longer need your Personal Data), we will delete your Personal Data by erasing them from our server and/or destroying any physical files.

7. Disclosing your Personal Data to others

We may disclose your Personal Data to others in the following circumstances:

· We may disclose your Personal Data to our insurers or lawyers insofar as reasonably necessary to obtain insurance coverage, exercising our claims or other legal rights or defending ourselves against any claims.

· We may further disclose your Personal Data to competent courts or authorities where applicable law requires us to do so.

8. Your Rights

Your rights under the Swiss data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union include the following:

· the right to access: You have the right to ask us for a copy of the Personal Data stored by us. We may charge you a small fee for this.

· the right to rectification: You have the right to request that we rectify any of your Personal Data that you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete any of your Personal Data that you believe is incomplete.

· the right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your Personal Data, under certain conditions.

· the right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions.

· the right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions.

· the right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the Personal Data that we have collected to a third party or directly to you, under certain conditions.

· the right to complain to a supervisory authority: You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority to our processing of Personal Data.

· the right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Data, to the extent that we process your Personal Data on the basis of your consent.
